Job Description
We are hiring a Confluent Kafka Administrator to design, deploy, and maintain Confluent Platform and Apache Kafka clusters. You will manage cluster configuration, scaling, monitoring, security (SASL/ACLs, TLS), Schema Registry, Connectors, and disaster recovery. Required: 3+ years Kafka/Confluent experience, Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, Prometheus/Grafana, scripting (Python/Bash), strong troubleshooting skills, and solid understanding of Kafka architecture.
