We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to assist our customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Prioritizing customer satisfaction is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calls effectively.
- Navigate CRM software.
- Provide effective solutions to customer needs.
- Upsell products when possible.
- Build strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience preferred.
