Job Description
Davis Pharmaceuticals Laboratories, a leading Aesthetic/Skincare/Derma company in Islamabad, is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Head Office team in Islamabad & Rawalpindi.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
- Assist customers with subscriptions, product usage, and dermatologist sessions.
- Log feedback and complaints for service improvement.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
Key Skills: Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
