**Product Manager** Aesthetic/Skincare/Cosmetology Background
Qualification & Experience
Pharma D/MBBS/MBA
3-4 years sales experience in Pharmaceutical
minimum 2-3 years in Aesthetics/Dermatology/Cosmetology segment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop a vision: Use market research, customer feedback, and industry insight to create a roadmap for the product
- Identify needs: Determine what the target customer needs and wants from the product
- Manage development: Oversee the product’s development from conception to completion
- Test and evaluate: Test samples and research their effectiveness
- Create marketing plans: Develop marketing plans, collateral, and pricing strategies
- Manage production: Review and adjust inventory levels and production schedules
- Collaborate with teams: Work with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze competitors: Compare the company’s products to competitors’ products to assess the market
- Provide reports: Provide management with analyses and reports
