Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations
- Oversee procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics
- Develop supply chain strategies to reduce cost and improve efficiency
- Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, and contracts
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance and MIS reports
- Coordinate with finance, projects, and site teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Lead and develop the supply chain team
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 7–10 years relevant experience in supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory control
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills
