Job Description
Decimal Solution is hiring a full-time Customer Support Representative for on-site work in Islamabad. Shift: 5:00 PM–2:00 AM (PST). Salary: PKR 40,00–80,00. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, follow up leads to convert appointments for the automotive sector, maintain CRM records, prepare reports in MS Excel, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Requirements: Intermediate or graduate, minimum 1 year in call center/customer support, CRM and MS Office skills, excellent English (American accent preferred), age 18–26.
