Job Description
Dekalb Trade Voice is seeking a motivated Assistant HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring open positions, updating our recruitment tracker, creating and updating job descriptions, designing job posters for social media, and posting vacancies on various hiring channels.
Your duties will include screening candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, coordinating final interviews with management, and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.
This position is available as full-time, internship, or fresher opportunities with a contract length of six months. The pay ranges from Rs40,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month and is an in-person role.
