Job Description
Deltasoft Technologies is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a positive first impression.
- Directing visitors to the appropriate departments.
- Answering inquiries and managing customer complaints professionally.
- Handling incoming calls and managing mail deliveries.
- Assisting with scheduling and calendar management.
- Maintaining organized files and managing office supplies.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and providing basic IT support.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month, working in person at our office.
