Job Description
Location: Pechs Block 6, Karachi
Denning Services Private Limited is seeking an Executive Secretary to the CEO to manage a variety of high-level administrative tasks. The successful candidate will oversee the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements with confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communications between the CEO and various stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit documents such as reports and presentations.
- Organize logistics for executive meetings and special projects.
Requirements:
- 5+ years supporting C-level executives.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
