Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Inbound Customer Support Representative for our dental practice in Canada. This role involves responding to patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and assist patients with their inquiries.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm dental appointments.
- Provide information on dental services and insurance options.
- Maintain accurate patient records and perform follow-ups as necessary.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues accordingly.
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience, ideally in healthcare or dental.
- Outstanding English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and scheduling software is preferred.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
