Your Role — What You’ll Do

As a QA Specialist, you will ensure that all Sales and Customer Support interactions meet company quality standards and help the teams improve continuously.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and evaluate calls (inbound/outbound) for quality and compliance
  • Score calls based on company standards, scripts, and policies
  • Provide detailed feedback and coaching to team members
  • Identify trends in customer interactions and team performance
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support team leads to improve processes
  • Maintain QA reports and dashboards for management
  • Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and sales conversion

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in Quality Assurance / Call Monitoring (Sales or Customer Support preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of customer service & sales processes
  • Excellent communication skills for providing constructive feedback
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call recording tools
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

  • Candidates with no QA or call monitoring experience
  • People unable to provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Those unwilling to follow standard procedures and scripts
