Job Description
We seek an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our dermatology sales region. You will manage Area Sales Managers and field teams, set and achieve regional sales targets, develop and execute regional sales and promotional strategies, and build strong relationships with dermatologists and key opinion leaders. Monitor market trends and competition, conduct regular field visits, coach teams, and drive performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 4–5 years pharmaceutical sales experience, 2–3 years in a managerial role (derma preferred), strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel. Full-time, in-person role.
