Job Description
Devronix Solutions is seeking proactive and skilled individuals experienced in bidding on Upwork and PeoplePerHour to join our team. In this role, you will search for relevant projects, craft persuasive proposals, manage client communications, and convert leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork and PeoplePerHour.
- Craft tailored, compelling proposals for each project.
- Manage client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the internal team to assess project requirements.
Qualifications: Proven experience on Upwork and PeoplePerHour, strong English communication skills, and good organizational skills. Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel is a plus.
Compensation: Base salary of PKR 40,00 – 160,00/month + commission.
