Job Description
DevShine seeks a results-driven SQA Engineer to lead QA and coordinate delivery for web and mobile applications. You will plan, track, and guide projects from initiation to release, run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, ensure feature completeness, manage bug tracking and deployment readiness, and enforce quality standards. Required: 2+ years project management in software/web/mobile, 1+ year production QA, strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, familiarity with Jira/Trello/Asana, excellent communication and leadership, and basic technical understanding. Preferred: remote cross-functional experience, CI/CD knowledge, and tools like Postman, BrowserStack, or Playwright. Full-time, in-person in Faisalabad Madina Town. Pay: Rs30,00–Rs50,00 per month.
