Job Description
As a B2B Sales Development Specialist you’ll identify and engage prospective business clients through targeted outbound outreach (calls, email, social), qualify leads, and build pipeline for account executives. You will research industries, manage CRM records, set meetings, and collaborate with marketing to refine messaging. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in B2B sales or lead generation, excellent communication, persistence, and familiarity with CRM tools and sales KPIs.
