Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketer, based in Lahore. The Telemarketer will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with prospects and existing customers, promoting company offerings effectively, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate call records. The position requires meeting targets while contributing to the growth and success of DEVSTAX’s business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and team members
- Capability to handle appointment scheduling efficiently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect with customers effectively
- Experience in customer service and handling customer inquiries with professionalism
- Proven expertise in sales strategies and converting leads into customers
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in data entry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred
