We’re Hiring: HR Executive (BPO Industry)
Location: onsite- lahore
We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in the BPO industry and are passionate about people management, we’d love to hear from you
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as an HR Executive in the BPO industry
- Experience in recruitment & onboarding (bulk hiring preferred)
- Knowledge of HR operations, attendance, and employee engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for BPO roles
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Managing attendance, leaves, and HR records
- Handling employee queries and coordination
- Supporting HR initiatives and compliance
