Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Relations Executive to manage client relationships, resolve inquiries, and ensure high satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling calls and emails, coordinating with internal teams, tracking customer feedback, and supporting account retention. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, one to two years in customer service or a related role, and experience with CRM tools. Must be able to multitask and maintain professional, empathetic interactions. Indonesian and English communication skills are preferred.
