Job Description

Overview:

The Inventory Coordinator will primarily handle inventory management within our SAP-based warehouse management system at DHL. This exciting opportunity requires effective oversight of stock levels and coordination with various departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee receiving, issuance, storage, and accurate stock record maintenance.
• Prepare reports on inventory adjustments and coordinate with customers and warehousing.
• Conduct internal and external inventory audits.
• Perform cycle counts and month-end stock counts as required.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain logs.
• Ensure timely inventory valuation and manage packing and unpacking procedures.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 years of relevant warehousing experience.
• Intermediate degree in a related field.
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.
• Strong management and interpersonal skills.
