Job Description
Digicraft is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Female Customer Care Officer to join our expanding team. This dynamic role involves excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and hands-on experience with online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Process and manage customer orders through our Shopify store.
- Coordinate with courier partners for timely delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and follow-ups efficiently.
- Enhance our social media presence on Instagram and Facebook.
Requirements: Experience in customer service preferred; familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00/month.
