Job Description
We are hiring an Inbound Taxi Operator (Taxi Dispatcher) for Digifik to handle inbound UK passenger calls, manage dispatch operations, and coordinate drivers using dispatch software. You will provide attentive customer service, resolve issues, record bookings and driver locations, and work evening/night shifts aligned with UK time. Requirements: clear English communication, basic computer skills, fast-paced problem solving, and a customer-first attitude. Preferred: call center, customer service, or dispatch experience and familiarity with UK geography.
