Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist role located in Lahore. The Human Resources Executive will assist in HR operations, foster positive employee relations, and manage recruitment and on-boarding processes. The executive will support organizational goals by ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining employee records, and promoting a healthy workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate employer branding initiatives and EGC contact.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities
• Assist in employee life cycle management
• Handle daily HR operations and reporting.
• Assist in Recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in HR operations and employee relations
• 1 years of experience in managing employee engagement programs.
• Females will be preferred for this role.

Location: DHA Phase5, Lahore

Salary 80,00-90,00
