Job Description
DIGIT-IT is hiring experienced Upsell Calling Agents with strong English fluency and proven upselling skills.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years experience in upselling / telesales / outbound calling
- Excellent spoken English
- Strong persuasion and communication skills
- Target-driven mindset
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing customers/leads
- Upsell services and maximize revenue
- Maintain call records and follow-ups
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
Shift Timings:
6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
7:00 PM – 1:00 AM
8:00 PM – 2:00 AM
