Job Description
Digital Group of Marketing is hiring part-time Call Center Agents for our Urdu Call Center. Responsibilities: handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, resolve queries, promote services, and collaborate to meet targets. Requirements: minimum 1 year call center experience, strong Urdu communication, confidence, patience, professionalism, and basic computer skills. Male candidates only. Benefits: fixed salary plus attractive commission, with promotion and bonus opportunities. Job Type: Part-time. Pay: Rs35,00 – Rs75,00 per month. Work Location: In person at our office.
