Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Sales Executive at Digital Otters. You will handle incoming sales leads and perform outbound calls to potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a basic understanding of sales or customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Manage inquiries, follow up leads, record interactions in our CRM, identify customer needs, schedule appointments, and meet calling targets.

Requirements: Excellent spoken English (Urdu/Hindi is a plus), prior experience in sales or customer support, confident phone presence, and basic computer skills.
