Job Description
Join our team at Digitech Outsourcing Solution as an Inbound Customer Service Provider! Our clients are based in the US, Canada, and Europe, operating 24/7. We seek serious candidates with prior inbound CSR experience, preferably in US or UK campaigns.
Job Duties Include:
- Handling customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Managing complaints and daily processes.
- Participating in trainings and team meetings.
- Collaborating with team members as needed.
- Adapting to flexible shift timings.
Compensation: Rs. 65,00 – Rs. 80,00 plus performance bonuses, medical insurance, and paid leaves.
