Job Description
About the Role:
DigiTechIO LLC is looking for a Senior HR Operations Executive to manage daily HR functions and address employee issues with professionalism. The ideal candidate will handle employee concerns, enforce HR policies, and ensure smooth internal operations.
Key Responsibilities: Attendance management, grievance resolution, employee records maintenance, labor law compliance, payroll processing, onboarding, policy enforcement, and organizing engagement activities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field, 2+ years of HR Operations experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, and excellent communication skills.
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Salary: Rs. 40,00 – Rs. 60,00 (Based on experience)
