Job Description
DigitX, a high-end design agency specializing in Brand Identity, UI/UX, and Digital Transformation, seeks a full-time Appointment Setter. You will make 80–100 outbound cold calls daily to qualify leads, book discovery meetings for our Design Director, update CRM (Google Workspace), and manage gatekeepers and objections. Requirements: 1+ year cold-calling/B2B experience, fluent English with a consultative tone, basic understanding of branding and web value, resilience, and familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom, and CRM tools. Compensation: base salary PKR 40,00+ plus uncapped commission per qualified appointment. Growth path into Closing/Account Executive roles. In-person position.
