Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join DigiU Pty Ltd to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. The CSM will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their journey with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide new customers through onboarding and develop strong relationships.
- Engage proactively to drive product adoption and address concerns.
- Educate customers about new features and identify upselling opportunities.
- Gather feedback and optimize strategies for improvement.
Qualifications: 3+ years in Customer Success, technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
