Job Description
Dot Print PVT Limited seeks a Production Manager – Printing & Packaging to plan and manage production schedules; oversee printing (offset, digital) and packaging processes; lead and train the production team; ensure machine maintenance and smooth operation; monitor materials and inventory; maintain quality, resolve production issues, and enforce safety and compliance. Qualifications: DAE in Printing & Graphic Arts; 5 to 8 years in printing, packaging, or manufacturing; strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Full-time, in person.
