Job Title: Lab Attendant
Location: DSM Compounding Pharmacy, Pico Road, Lahore

Job Summary:
DSM Compounding Pharmacy is looking for a responsible and disciplined Lab Attendant to support daily laboratory operations. The role primarily involves maintaining cleanliness of laboratory equipment, assisting pharmacists with routine non-technical tasks, and ensuring the lab environment remains organized, hygienic, and compliant with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash, clean, dry, and properly store laboratory glassware and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of lab work areas as per SOPs
- Assist pharmacists in non-technical tasks such as packing, labeling, and organizing products
- Prepare lab workstations before and after compounding activities
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste materials
- Support inventory organization and basic stock handling when required
- Follow safety, hygiene, and confidentiality protocols strictly
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior experience working as a lab attendant, helper, or in a laboratory environment (preferred)
- Basic understanding of laboratory hygiene and safety practices
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work under supervision
- Physically fit to handle routine lab cleaning and support tasks
- Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude
Preferred (but not mandatory):
- Experience in a pharmacy, hospital, or medical lab setting
- Basic reading and understanding of labels and instructions
