Job Description
DS seeks an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social presence: plan strategy, schedule posts, write captions, review content, and coordinate with a video editor and graphic designer. Full-time, in-person role focused on performance and lead generation. Requirements: 3+ years managing social accounts, experience with international clients (USA/UK/AU), proven track record generating leads/calls, familiarity with service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, cleaning) a plus, basic Reels editing (CapCut or Premiere Rush), strong content strategy and execution, ability to work independently, excellent communication and time management.
