Job Description
At Dubizzle Labs, we’re expanding our engineering office in Pakistan and looking for a passionate Operations Executive to join our dynamic team of over 400 professionals. In this role, you will ensure a seamless order management process, maintaining our commitment to delivering exceptional value to customers across 10 countries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review incoming customer orders daily.
- Coordinate with sellers for timely order acceptance and dispatch.
- Liaise with logistics for pickups and tracking.
- Proactively follow up on delays and missing updates.
- Identify bottlenecks for SLA compliance.
- Monitor order statuses in internal systems.
- Handle queries from sellers and customers.
Job Requirements:
- 1–2 years in e-commerce operations order fulfillment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
