As a Client Relations Internship Fellow, you will play a key role in managing international clients and projects, contributing directly to our growth and success.

Role: Client Relations Internship Fellow

Join the Team to drive growth through high-impact international projects. This hands-on role builds sales skills in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with developers to convert leads into partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage international clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings to build relationships and resolve queries.
• Gather project requirements, manage tasks, and facilitate communication between clients and development teams.
• Document sales processes, track progress, and contribute to strategies for client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Support lead generation, follow-ups, persuasive communication, and deal-closing.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s (or pursuing) in BBA/MBA (Sales/Marketing), IT, Communications, Computer Science, or English.
• Mandatory: Excellent written/verbal English proficiency.
• Strong skills in client communication, query resolution, problem-solving, requirement gathering, multitasking, and documentation.
• Passion for sales/tech; prior client management experience is a plus.
• Note: Ideal for those starting a career in digital sales/client management.
