Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to join our team at Ecomfine. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product research, sourcing, compliance checks, and effective communication with Amazon Seller Support. Your role is crucial for maintaining the health of our Amazon account and identifying profitable products.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct product research using Helium 10
- Source products and manage compliance documentation
- Communicate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve issues
- Manage daily tasks in Amazon Seller Central
- Evaluate shipping quotes from freight forwarders
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
- Proficiency in tools like Helium 10 and Google Sheets
