Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Associate to drive growth by identifying new market opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting sales efforts. You will build and maintain client relationships, prepare proposals, coordinate with marketing and product teams, and track performance metrics. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 1+ years in business development or sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM experience, and a results-oriented mindset.
