Job Description

Location: Faisalabad

Job Type: Full-time (Night Shift for US-based Clients)

Timing: 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with strong communication skills and a basic understanding of construction/estimation services. The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries during US business hours, assist with estimation services, and update CRM software accurately.

Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month, plus commission on sales.
