Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Estimator specializing in site development and landscaping for US-based projects at EHM IT Services. The candidate will prepare accurate cost estimates, analyze project specifications, and ensure competitive pricing strategies for sitework, grading, and landscaping projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
- Review construction plans to determine costs using industry-standard estimation software.
- Provide cost reports and attend bid meetings as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 1+ years of estimation experience. Proficiency in Bluebeam and AutoCAD is preferred.
Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month.
