Job Description
We are hiring a motivated and responsible Inbound Order Specialist for ElectroZone to handle incoming customer calls and efficiently book orders. Responsibilities include professionally receiving inbound calls, accurately entering and confirming orders, providing basic product information, maintaining call and order records, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication. Requirements: minimum Intermediate education, basic MS Office skills, strong communication and listening abilities; prior call center or order-booking experience preferred.
