Role Description – Student Counselor (Sales & Targets Based)

This is a full-time, on-site Student Counselor (Sales-Oriented) role based in Karachi. The role combines student counseling with sales performance, where the counselor is responsible for converting student leads into successful enrollments while achieving monthly revenue and conversion targets.

Key responsibilities include conducting consultation sessions with prospective students and parents, promoting relevant study abroad options, converting inquiries into applications, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment confirmation. The counselor will be accountable for meeting monthly targets, maintaining a strong pipeline, and delivering an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales-focused counseling sessions with prospective students and parents
• Convert walk-in, inbound, and digital leads into successful study abroad enrollments
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets
• Promote study destinations, universities, and programs aligned with client profiles
• Handle student follow-ups, objection handling, and deal closures
• Guide students through documentation, admissions, and application processes
• Maintain accurate records and report daily/weekly sales performance
• Build long-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
• Coordinate with visa and processing teams to ensure smooth case handling

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in Student Counseling, Education Sales, or Admissions Consulting
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of study abroad programs, universities, and admission pathways
• Ability to build trust with students and parents
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with immigration and study abroad processes is a strong advantage

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 40,00–100,00
• Commission: High-performing, target-based incentives
• Quarterly Bonuses: Based on individual and team performance

Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
