Role Description – Visit Visa Advisor (Sales & Targets Based)

This is a full-time, on-site Visit Visa Advisor (Sales-Oriented) role based in Karachi. The position focuses on selling visit visa services, where the advisor is responsible for converting client inquiries into successful visit visa applications while achieving monthly revenue and case targets.

The role involves handling walk-in and inbound leads, conducting consultations, recommending suitable visit visa options, closing deals, and coordinating with processing teams to ensure timely case submission and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales-focused visit visa consultations with prospective clients
• Convert walk-in, inbound, and digital leads into confirmed visit visa cases
• Achieve monthly and quarterly case and revenue targets
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable tourist, family, or business visit visa options
• Promote visit visa programs for countries such as UK, USA, Canada, Schengen, Australia, and others
• Handle client follow-ups, objection handling, and deal closures
• Guide clients on required documentation and eligibility criteria
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide daily/weekly sales reports
• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat clients and referrals
• Coordinate with visa processing teams to ensure smooth and timely case handling

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in Visit Visa Counseling, Visa Sales, or Travel Consulting
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of visit visa requirements and documentation for multiple countries
• Ability to build trust and confidence with clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or a related field
• Familiarity with immigration or study abroad processes is an advantage

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 40,00–70,00
• Commission: Attractive, target-based incentives
• Quarterly Bonuses: Based on individual and team performance
