Role Description – Immigration Counselor (Sales & Targets Based)

This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Counselor (Sales-Oriented) role based in Karachi. The position combines immigration consulting with sales performance, where the counselor is responsible for converting client inquiries into successful immigration cases while achieving monthly revenue and conversion targets.

The role involves conducting consultation sessions with prospective clients, promoting suitable immigration programs, converting leads into applications, and managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to case onboarding. The counselor will be accountable for meeting monthly targets, maintaining a strong client pipeline, and delivering an excellent consultation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales-focused immigration consultations with prospective clients and families
• Convert walk-in, inbound, and digital leads into successful immigration enrollments
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and case conversion targets
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration, residency, or visa programs
• Promote programs such as Skilled Immigration, Business Immigration, Visit Visas, and Study-linked pathways
• Handle client follow-ups, objection handling, and deal closures
• Guide clients through documentation requirements and application processes
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report daily/weekly sales performance
• Build long-term client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
• Coordinate with processing and visa teams to ensure smooth and timely case handling

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in Immigration Counseling, Visa Consulting, or Immigration Sales
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of immigration programs, visa categories, and eligibility criteria
• Ability to build trust and credibility with clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Familiarity with study abroad or international education pathways is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 40,00 – 100,00
• Commission: Attractive, target-based incentives
• Quarterly Bonuses: Based on individual and team performance
