Job Description
EMLAK WITH EXQ is hiring a full-time Human Resources Assistant in Multan (on-site). Shift: 4:00 PM–12:00 AM, Monday–Saturday. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, coordinating training, managing benefits administration, supporting HR policies, assisting recruitment, responding to employee inquiries, and using HRIS to streamline workflows. Qualifications: experience in HR/HR management, HRIS proficiency, knowledge of benefits administration, training coordination skills, strong organization and interpersonal skills, confidentiality, bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred; prior administrative or HR experience a plus. Salary: Rs45,00–Rs65,00 per month. Work location: in person.
