Job Description
Emploiscareer is seeking an exceptional Lead QA Engineer to join our dynamic software development team. In this role, you will lead our QA team in developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing automated testing frameworks and mentoring junior QA engineers.
To qualify, you should have 3+ years of QA engineering experience, including 2+ years in a lead role. Strong expertise in testing methodologies and automation tools is required, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
