Enterprises is seeking an HR Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our HR team. This role involves recruitment assistance, employee onboarding, record-keeping, and payroll processing. The successful candidate will exhibit outstanding organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail, reporting to the Head Office HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update employee records and HR documents.
• Assist with recruitment and interview scheduling.
• Support new employee onboarding.
• Help with payroll processing.
• Administer employee benefits and respond to inquiries.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required; HR degree preferred.
• Administrative or HR experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
