Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team at EpazzTech in Johar Town, Lahore. This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities include assisting with daily HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, responding to employee inquiries, coordinating HR events, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Requirements: High school diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred), 1+ years of HR support experience, basic HR knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, and strong organizational skills.
