Job Description
Epicsoft Technologies, a US-based healthcare & hospitality staffing firm, seeks a Lead Generation Executive. Make high-volume outbound B2B cold calls across the US to identify facilities needing RNs, LPNs, CNAs, caregivers, housekeeping, front desk, servers, and kitchen staff. Duties: qualify leads, schedule appointments, maintain CRM, nurture prospects, basic email/LinkedIn outreach, build HR/Director/GM pipeline, track KPIs. Requirements: excellent US English, 1–3+ years cold calling/B2B sales, US hours, full-time in-person. Pay: Rs65,00–Rs150,00/month.
