Job Description
We’re hiring a Customer Support Executive at Epicsoft Technologies in Lahore Cantt. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, provide accurate information, maintain a positive and professional attitude, and record interactions efficiently. Full-time schedule Monday–Saturday, 7:00 PM–3:00 AM. Excellent English communication required; prior customer support experience is a plus. We offer a friendly, supportive work environment, opportunities for career growth, and a competitive salary of Rs40,00–Rs80,00 per month. This is an in-person position.
