About Us: Eposmatic (Pvt) Ltd, a fast-growing restaurant management software company, is seeking a Support & Data Entry Specialist for our Islamabad team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to customers via call and WhatsApp.
- Address software-related queries and guide customers to resolution.
- Ensure data integrity for restaurant menus, pricing, and staff.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, customer support experience, strong computer skills, and good communication in English and Urdu.
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month.
