Job Description
Eracon Technologies is seeking a talented HR Executive with a strong background in HR functions and recruitment in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring exceptional talent while managing HR processes such as employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
